We know that buying new lighting can be tricky and sometimes intimidating; fret not, we are here to answer your questions! Take a look below, hopefully you can find the answer you are looking for:
- HOW LONG DOES AN ORDER TAKE TO BE SHIPPED?
- Depending on the item, the handling time can be anywhere between 2 – 10 business days.
- Much of our fine crystal lighting pieces are hand made to order and take about a week to a week and a half to prepare for shipment.
- Many of our non-crystal lighting items are ready for shipment within a week and usually within 2 business days
- At times, items will be marked as expedited delivery, which is available for shipment the next day.
- THERE IS INFORMATION I NEED THAT I DON’T SEE ON THE PRODUCT PAGE.
- If for some reason you don’t see specific information, regarding a product, feel free to reach out to us through phone, contact form or the chat button and we will relay that information as soon as possible.
- IS IT POSSIBLE TO CUSTOMIZE AN ITEM?
- Not finding the exact finish and crystal trim/color, for you lighting product? Many of our items are available to be customized.
- WHAT IS THE FREE SHIPPING PROGRAM ALL ABOUT?
